Research

She studies microeconomics from two perspectives. On the one hand, she examines people’s economic behavior—their choices, preferences, rationality, and cognitive biases, especially in the context of risk and uncertainty. She is interested in how behavioral factors influence consumer, health, and retirement decisions. She conducts laboratory, online, and field experiments to better understand the mechanisms of decision-making. On the other hand, she analyzes how markets function and how competition works. She studies situations in which market equilibrium becomes disrupted, which may lead to inefficiencies and actions contrary to the public interest.

Education

She teaches various undergraduate microeconomics courses, both in person and online, covering topics such as consumer and producer theory, game theory, auctions, public goods, welfare, and externalities.
